Delegation Trip to GDC 2026

medianet GAMES International is going back to the US one more time next year! In March 2026, the Game Developers Conference (GDC) will be our destination for the third time in a row. The delegation is planned from March 8^th (arrival day) to March 13^th.

We can take at least five companies (one person per company) with us. You can find all the benefits for delegates below! As a bonus, you might want to extend your US trip and attend next year’s SXSW in Austin – more details below.

What is included in our GDC delegation?

• Two curated days of networking activities on Monday, March 9^th and Tuesday, March 10^th (Together with partners we are organizing high-level meetings with international companies and party access. Last year included visits at and meetings with Sony, Discord, Twitch, Unity, Double Fine Productions)
  • Please be advised that participation in these two curated days is mandatory as part of the delegation, so block your calendar for other activities.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY

Berlin Partner is hosting a delegation to SXSW in Austin (March 12^th – 18^th) for a truly cross-industry experience with tons of speakers, parties and activities. We highly recommend maxing your travel to the US to join the event and will update you on participation options as soon as possible and on request.

medianet will join SXSW and host game activities on Saturday, March 14^th  at the German Haus.
